Capital Dog Training Club

               Classes run 8 weeks beginning on the date given, unless otherwise indicated.

                    To register, you must provide:

                1. Check made out to CDTC for:   $100 for 8 week classes  ($80 for first course at Capital for rescues; please provide proof of adoption)

                                                                    $75 for 6 week classes (indicated with "**"); or

                                                                    $50 for 4 week classes (indicated with "***")
                2. Training Application

                3. Copy of valid rabies certificate.
